Astrology of Celebrity Weddings
Jennifer Lopez and Marc Antony
June 5, 2004
Beverly Hills, California
time: late afternoon
The source I consulted stated the sun going down the mountain,
leading me to believe the wedding occurred in the late afternoon.
My guess is between 3 and 5 pm, so I've set the time at 4pm. A
Gemini Sun for a marriage chart is a nice choice. It gives the
wedding chart good communication and a sense of lightness. A
Capricorn Moon however is not the best of Moons for a marriage
as it is a bit too cold, responsible and image conscious. This
wedding chart has some very nice aspects. The Sun is conjunct
Venus which indicates a good flow of love energy and affection. It
is also trine Neptune which is similar to Sun conjunct Venus, as
Neptune is the higher octane of Venus. Venus in turn is trine
Neptune. These three aspects are some of the nicest to have.
However, the Moon is opposite Mars. This is always a stressful
aspect and quite violate. Depending on the time, the chart has a
Libra or Scorpio rising. A Libra Ascendant would be much better as
Venus would be the chart ruler and it is strongly and nicely
aspected. However, in the 2 hour time frame I mentioned, it is
almost certain that the Sun in the 8th house as well as Venus and
Saturn. Both the Sun and the chart ruler in the 8th house is bad
news. Uranus in the 5th house in not the best placement either as
it is erratic in the house of romance, children and entertainment.
An 8th house Sun and negative Moon/Mars aspects are what "ruin"
an otherwise good wedding date. The astrology of Jennifer and
Marc marriage chart combined with their compatibility score make a
lasting and harmonious relationship highly unlikely.
In astrology, the wedding chart has a chart of its own. It is considered
to be different from the couples synastry - in many ways it has its own
identity. A wedding chart won't make or break a relationship but it
can be a big help or a huge hindrance to a harmonious relationship.
