Why choose the name Vega Attraction Astrology? What does Vega
mean? In astrology Vega means Mercury (communication) and Venus
(love) like.
So literally our name means Mercury and Venus like; Attractions and
love and communication, thus the name Vega Attraction Astrology.
Another aspect we considered in choosing our name was numerology.
We wanted our name to equal the number 6, which is ruled by the
planet Venus. In astrology the planet Venus rules love. Our full name,
Vega Attractions LLC = the number 6.

I grew up in Alaska as a gold miners daughter. Alaska is a unique
place, one that inspired me to my love of gemstones, the sky and
astrology. There is nothing quite like the Northern Lights and feeling
like you can literally touch the stars.
I discovered astrology when I was 13 and it's been my passion and
obsession ever since. My mother (Louisa, the other astrologer of
this site) has shared this passion and knowledge with me.
After graduating college in 2004, I started this company as it's
always been my dream. I have 3 degrees; a general Associates
Degree from Western Wyoming Community College and a dual major
of Sociology and Criminal Justice from the University of Wyoming.
I've written almost every word on this 2,000+ page site (with noted
exceptions). Please enjoy.
